Receiving Exhibit Containers, Crates and Boxes

Most freight companies will deliver to the West Dock because it is a truck high loading dock, the South Door is only ground level.
But no freight can be accepted before Oct 16., 2025 we do not have access to the Expo Hall earlier than Oct 16.

As a courtesy volunteer forklift drivers and dock hands will be available to assist in unloading and get the freight to your booth and loading as needed. We will unload from freight companies or Exhibitor vehicles. Crates and boxes which are under 3,000 lbs and can be unloaded with a standard forklift and standard length forks. Freight shipped in by freight companies will be held in an area until the Exhibitor ask a WITS forklift driver to have it delivered to their booth. Volunteers will also have push trucks available to receive freight and assist vendors moving boxes to their booth. The dock will be open at the following times:

If you want to ship in freight for the 2025 WITS Show before Oct. 16, 2025, then contact the Henry Helgerson Company (316-943-1851) to receive your freight, they will charge you for this service. They can receive at their facility and deliver it to Century II EXPO Hall after Oct. 16.

Century II has (2) unloading areas: West Dock and South Door
West Dock
This is on the west side of Century II Expo Hall which has dock for freight unloading and a ramp. A street coming off of Douglas at Waco serves the dock.
South Door
It is on the south end of the Expo hall. From the corner of Main St and Waterman St, go west on Waterman street to turn north into the parking lot.
Over 3,000lbs
If your crates are over 3,000 lbs or they are of a configuration in which a standard fork lift can not unload the item, then you will have to contract and pay for the services of one of the approved millwright companies listed below:

Packing cases, crates and boxes cannot be allowed to be behind the curtains, contact a WITS Volunteer for the storage of the crates and boxes, for more information refer to the WITS Show Website.
All exhibits must be in place for the show to open at 12:00 Noon Oct 21st. Show opens at 1:00 pm on Tuesday October 21, 2025
