For Exhibitors which plan on having an operational  Water Jet in your booth at the 2019 WITS Show ,  please contact the WITS office so we can talk.   It takes a lot of planning for the water, drains and the electrical load.    we need to start that planning now.   Some areas of the show can not support a Water Jet.  Questions contact Don Lenhart 316-573-7690.

The 2019 WITS Show is shaping up to be a very good show.   We are having Exhibitors who want more booth than what they had in 2017.   The 2019 show will have more machines and the latest technology.   Send in your signed contract and payment. 

We had to move the show dates for the 2019 WITS Show to October 22 – 24 because a of scheduling problem with Century II.   We will be updated the web site to reflect the date move in the next two weeks.

We are having a post 2017 WITS Show meeting to discuss what worked  and how we can make the WITS Show 2019 better.   If you have any ideas for improvements please send them to the WITS Office or contact one of the Co-Chairman’s.

The attendee list is available to all of the 2017 WITS Exhibitors free of charge.  The information on how to down load the Excel file was in Exhibitor pack you received when you check in at the show.   If you have any questions please contact the WITS office.

Note: We have reports of Exhibitors being contacted offering our attendee list for a price this is a scam.

Vallen Distribution, Inc. will supply the Hangsterfers S 500 CF coolant free of charge to any exhibitor for cutting coolant during the WITS show.

Terry Loveland at Vallen will be the contact person who will provide the coolant and then dispose of it after the show.    It is very important that you contact Terry as soon as possible if your are wanting to use their coolant.  terry.loveland@vallen.com  or 316-249-3823

We will have 120v electricity available for each booth but you may have to use an extension cord.   The distance from your booth to the electric outlets can be 30ft,  so the extension cord and a  power strip.

The first day our volunteers will be receiving freight boxes for your booth is Friday Oct 13th.   Please review the information on this web site under Exhibitor resources.
