The updated Exhibitor layout map for WITS 2025 is now on our Website along with the PDF Exhibitor lists and the Live Exhibitor list with details of the Exhibitors product line and service with a link to their Website.
The WITS Show is Free of charge because we have volunteers. And profits made from the show are invest back as local scholarships and grants. We need a few more volunteers, people to help on the air team, door watchers and registration. If you would like more information about volunteering call or text Don Lenhart 316-573-7690
Expo Hall is sold out the only booths we have are in the lobby at the Entrance to Expo Hall. If you want to be in the show call now.
As of 8/1/25 we had 219 Exhibitors from 27 different states, 1 from Canada and 2 from Germany. They have rented 508 booths. Many of our same Exhibitors from the 2023 WITS Show, will be here again some with bigger booths. We have rented a total of 6 rooms for Seminars which is an increase over the 2023 WITS. This is going to be a great show.
Expo Hall is almost full and now we are renting the spaces in the Lobby. We will have more rooms for seminars than in the past. This is going to be a great show. Tell your co-workers and friends.
We have 2 open booths in EXPO Hall and the booths in the Lobby and then we will be Full. If you want to be an Exhibitor in the 2025 WITS Show call the WITS Office at 316-942-2401.
Exhibitor – Want customers to come to your booth. You have the opportunity to invite them, via in person, email, or regular mail. Understand what problems they got and maybe your company has a solution. We have 4 x 6 card that you can print a message on and mail or hand out. We need you help to get the message out about the WITS Show.
