With just a quick scan of the QR code on the Attendee’s Badge, exhibitors would be able to capture leads and connect to the right attendees. Exhibitors can use any QR code reader app. We have instructions for scanning QR code with a phone. Any QR code reader app would work. If you don’t already have one, download a free QR Reader app like the example below.
Step 1: Download App
Step 2: Scan Code
- Select for QR reader
- Return to Scanned list
- Return to scan camera
- Move contact to a folder (WITS)
- Send contact card via text / email
Step3: Manage Contacts
From list of scanned contacts, swipe contact to:
- Add or edit text / notes / create folder
- Select contacts and Export to an Excel spreadsheet
