Exhibitor Badges and the Exhibitor WITS Show Guide  Information

Exhibitor Badges

The WITS office needs to know who will be at the show associated with the Exhibitors Booth who will need badges.   The WITS office has sent out the form (PDF)  to all exhibitors  to list everyone who will be needed a badge.   When this form has been sent back to the WITS office Badges will be printed for all those listed and will be in the packet of information given to the Exhibitor at check-in at show which is at the WITS office upstairs .

 At 2011 show we have create a new Exhibitor Services at booth 947 (by the entrance to the booth area)  on the show floor.   So if an exhibitor badge is lost or another badge is needed  just go to booth 947 without having to go upstairs to the WITS office.

The information form sent out by the WITS office also had a section for the exhibitor to fill out  in 25 word or less on products or services which would be offered by the exhibitor, who the contact person is, address,  e-mail and Web information.  

This 50 page booklet will be given to every person who attends the show.
